The Family Behind the Shine
We're the Merritts — a blue-collar lineman family, local to Jacksonville. After years of hard work on the lines, we started Ray-Nor-Shine Pro Wash to build something of our own and serve the community that raised us.
We believe in honest work, fair pricing, and treating every customer like a neighbor — because around here, you probably are one. When we say faith led, we mean it: we count our blessings, we do right by people, and we stand behind every job.
From a moss-covered farmhouse that "looked like the day I moved in" after we finished, to helping an older couple get their home back so they could enjoy it with the grandkids — this work matters to us because the people behind every front door do.

Call, message, or use the quote form. We'll talk through what you need and give you a straight price — no pressure, no games.
2. The Right Wash
Soft wash for siding and roofs, surface cleaning for concrete, careful hand work around plants, pets and porches.
3. The Walk-Around
We don't leave until you've seen the results. If something's not right, we make it right. That's the whole policy.

Truck, trailer, tanks, reels and a few hundred feet of hose — everything we need shows up with us, so nothing about the job depends on your water pressure or your outlets.
You'll see the same face every time. Eric runs the equipment himself; there's no rotating crew and no call centre between you and the person doing the work.
